While on a Delivery Run, you can chat with the Menulog Courier Support Team at any time using the chat feature of the Menulog Courier App. 

For Non-Emergency Situations:

You can report health and safety concerns to Menulog by emailing couriers@menulog.co.nz or by using the non-live chat function in the Courier App.
