The status of your signup is dependent on the completion of the following checkpoints:

1. Uploading your relevant documents including a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and registration, and proof of work eligibility
2. Completion of all of the learning videos in the Courier Portal
3. Purchase and passing the background check
4. Providing valid banking information for direct deposits
5. Purchasing your Menulog thermal bag or receiving approval on your existing bag 
6. Lastly, downloading the Courier App

Note: Background checks can take up to 14 business days to process. Once all the above requirements are met and your background check is approved, your account will be activated.
