If you’re having trouble signing in to the Menulog Courier App, you may need to reset your password.
- Head to the Courier Portal
- Scroll down to the “Forgot your password?” section and tap on the “Click here” link.
- Now enter your registered email address and then click on the reset button.
- You’ll receive an automated email in your inbox asking you to submit a new password
- After you’ve entered the new password, wait for a confirmation email notifying you that your account password has been updated.
- Open the Courier App and sign in with your new password.
*If you're signing into the Courier App for the first time, use the same email and password you used when creating your account.
