You can be matched with multi-collects where you will collect multiple orders from a restaurant/s before delivering food to customers. These orders can save you time and petrol and help you earn more efficiently.
Here are some steps to follow when you have a can multi-collect:
- Let the restaurant know you will be collecting multiple orders. This is to avoid unnecessary delays.
- All orders need to be stored in your thermal bag. If you cannot fit the orders in your bag, please chat with us for assistance. Don’t forget to zip the bag so the food is at the right temperature until it's delivered to the customer.
- When delivering make sure you double-check the order numbers and that you are delivering the correct order to each customer.
If you are being held up at the first customer’s location, it means another customer is left waiting. The app will provide you with a “Having trouble” banner and you can follow the in-app process. More details about this Self-Serve feature here
If there is a delay at the restaurant, make sure you update your status on the app correctly as reimbursements are calculated as one order.
