As an Independent Contractor:

• It is completely your decision to accept offers during adverse weather conditions. You have the ability to accept or decline offers and drop, end, or pick up Delivery Runs at any time.
• You are legally required to wear an Australian standards compliant helmet 
• Couriers are required to abide by all laws in their region, which may include any laws relating to the safe operation of a bike, hand signals and lane-use and required safety and warning gear.
