As a courier delivering on the Menulog Network, you can manage your own schedule. Besides setting your own availability, you can also pick up open Delivery Runs released from time to time in the Courier App. Besides providing more control and flexibility, open runs are also a great way to maximise your earning potential. 

Here’s how you can view and pick up Open Delivery Runs:

• In the Courier App, go to the “Open Runs” tab of the schedule section. 
• Refresh the screen by swiping through the calendar in a downward direction. 
• To pick up an open run, tap the add icon beside the run to review the details and add it to your schedule.
• After you accept, the run will show up under the “My Runs” tab along with your other runs.  

Please note that you won’t be able to pick up Open Runs that overlap with your scheduled runs. 

If you’d like to deliver at a given time but there are no open runs available, simply change your status from “Offline” to “Available”. We’ll notify you if we require additional couriers.
