As a courier on the Menulog Network, you have the freedom to manage your own schedule and work when it suits you
Here are some scheduling basics to get you started:
Weekly Published Schedule
Courier schedules for upcoming weeks are published every Thursday. The Delivery Runs that you will receive will be based on your availability, so you should submit your weekly availability by 11:59 pm on Wednesdays.
A typical Delivery Run ranges from three to five hours. Setting your availability doesn’t guarantee that you'll receive runs for all of your available hours.
Our system automatically balances the number of couriers scheduled with the expected weekly volume of orders.
Nevertheless, you always have the option to pick up open runs in the Menulog Courier App to keep earning on your own terms.
Confirming Delivery Runs
You can access your upcoming runs in the 'My Runs' tab in the Courier App. For scheduled Delivery and Open Runs, it’s best to confirm runs within 48 hours of the start time.
It’s easy to confirm your runs; simply go to the ‘My Runs’ tab and tap on the check box located on the right of the run slot. Once prompted, tap on ‘Confirm Run’. It’s a good idea to check the Menulog Courier App regularly to pick up open runs or confirm existing ones.
Dropping Delivery Runs
You can drop any run directly in the Menulog Courier App. Here’s how:
- Head to the ‘My Runs’ tab in the app to see your upcoming runs.
- Tap on the ‘X’ icon located on the right side of each run block.
- Tap on the ‘Drop Run’ button.
Delivery Run Extensions
Based on demand, Menulog may offer couriers currently on a Delivery Run the opportunity to extend their run.
Towards the end of your run, you may see an option to extend your run if your delivery zone is busy. To accept the extension, you can tap on your zone and select your end time.
Ending Your Delivery Run
As a courier delivering on the Menulog Network, you can end your run whenever you want. To do so, tap on the three vertical dots located at the top right corner of the app and then press ‘End Run’.
Accessing Custom Delivery Runs
If you do not have an upcoming run, change your status from “Offline” to “Available” whenever you are available to take orders. If additional Menulog couriers are required, all you have to do is tap on the zone map, pick your start and end time and accept the Custom Run.
Didn't Receive Delivery Runs
The Menulog courier schedule is determined automatically based on anticipated order volume and your availability for the upcoming week. If you didn’t get scheduled for a run and want to complete deliveries, you can do so by:
- Setting your status to ‘Available’ to be notified when a custom run becomes available in your zone.
- Checking the open runs tab for available runs.
