To ensure a positive experience for everyone on the Menulog Network, everyone signing up to become a courier is required to complete a background check. 

For the background check, you will be asked to provide information such as name, date of birth, gender, contact information, and five years of residence.

A background check usually takes 3 to 5 days to process, but can take up to 14 days.
