Couriers on the Menulog Network use a commercial-grade thermal bag to transport and deliver orders. 

You can purchase and order a Menulog thermal bag during your sign-up process or supply your own bag. If you choose to supply your own bag, you’ll need to provide a photo of your bag alongside a piece of ID to ensure they meet the following requirements. 

• It must close completely with heavy-duty Velcro strips or an industrial zipper
• The catering bag must have minimum interior dimensions of 58cm L x 35.5cm W x 43cm H 
• The liner must be leak-proof, removable, and made of heavy-duty thermally-reflective high-temperature material
