We value the security of all users on the Menulog Network. Whether you’re a restaurant partner, a courier, or a customer, your safety is our priority. 

To become a courier on the Menulog Network, you’re required to complete a background check. A background check usually takes 3 to 5 days to process, but can take up to 14 days.

During your signup process, once you’ve purchased the background check, you’ll receive an email with a link to complete the background check within two business days from National Crime Check.  

Once your background check is complete, we will receive it automatically and be in touch with you for the next steps.

If you've recently completed a background check, i.e. within 90 days of your signup, you can simply email it to us at couriers@menulog.com and there is no need for you to complete a further check.
