To deliver in a new city or town, you first need to drop or complete all of your scheduled Delivery Runs in your current zone. Then, get in touch with us via email email@example.com or by using offline chat in the Menulog Courier App and we’ll begin the process so you can deliver in a new location.
Here’s how you can drop Delivery Runs:
- Log in to the Menulog Courier App
- Tap the Delivery Run you wish to drop
- For confirmed runs or runs that are starting soon, double-tap the run > slide it to the left > tap the “x” icon > select “Drop Run”
- For unconfirmed runs or runs far in the future, tap on the “x” icon next to the run time
If you’d prefer to complete your delivery runs, we recommend removing your availability for the upcoming week and not picking up any open runs.
Once you've dropped or completed all runs, we’ll process your request to change your delivery zone and location.
