When you sign up to become a courier on the Menulog Network, you can choose where you want to deliver by selecting your preferred delivery zone(s). Zones are areas within a city with clusters of restaurants or vendors, and customers to keep you busy.
To get matched with offers, you must start your run in your delivery zone. Delivery zones don’t always follow conventional neighborhood boundaries, so check your map in the Courier App to familiarize yourself with your zone.
How do I add and remove zones?
Your zones, and any other available zones, will appear in the Update Delivery Zone screen found within your App:
- Go to the Availability tab on the scheduling screen in the Courier App.
- Tap on the settings icon in the top right corner, and select Update Delivery Zones
- Tap on an available zone to select it, or tap on a highlighted zone to remove it
- Save your settings.
What if there are no available zones?
As we continue to expand, operate in new areas, and see an increase in demand, more couriers will be needed to service certain zones. Zones near you that need couriers will appear in the Update Delivery Zones screen in-App.
If a zone does not currently require more couriers, it will not appear as available and cannot be added to your profile.
Check back occasionally, as new zones are always becoming available!
How do I select my preferred zone to be scheduled in?
If you have more than one zone in your profile, you can be scheduled in any of these zones for courier runs. To limit the zones you are scheduled in, update your availability settings:
- Go to the Availability tab on the scheduling screen in the Courier App.
- Tap on the settings icon in the top right corner, and select Scheduling Preferences. You can adjust the scheduled delivery zones by tapping each zone on or off.
- Save your settings.
